We offer the option for homeowners to select the finishes for the house of their dreams, without having the be involved in the hundreds of minute details of construction.

Every year we build a few spec homes. If a potential buyer likes the house plan and location of the spec house we are building, we allow the opportunity for them to sign a Semi-Custom-Mid-Construction Contract. This is a contract in which the homeowners make a commitment to purchase the home, and so they can select the customized finishes they desire. Design elements up for selection:

Wall paint colors. Trim profiles. Cabinetry color. Faucets, sinks, and shower fixtures. Flooring. Tile selections. Electrical fixtures. Countertop materials and color.
