What Makes an Honest Home “honest?”
There’s no such thing as a “perfect” home. However, we should expect new homes be “honest.” The 2018 International Residential Code (IRC) is our minimum standard for quality on every aspect of a project, and - where budget allows - we seek to build above that standard. Every aspect of a new construction project is documented and photographed. We present a binder with pictures so you have documentation of waterproofing, mechanicals, framing, foundation, etc. This system of transparency forces us to never cut corners.
